2. Product Information & Compatibility
We make every effort to display the colors, specifications, and dimensions of our products as accurately as possible. Our NFC review cards contain standard NTAG213 rewriteable microchips. You are responsible for ensuring that your target devices or business profiles support NFC technology and direct URL redirection.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms
Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are displayed in your local currency as determined by Shopify. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without liability. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order through our approved secure payment gateways.
4. Shipping & Delivery Terms
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Orders of €50,00 and above qualify for free standard shipping until September 1st, 2026. For orders below €50,00, standard shipping rates apply as calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are 4 to 10 business days. We are not liable for customs delays or incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer.
5. 14-Day Return & Refund Policy
We provide a 14-day money-back guarantee on all physical items. Unopened, undamaged products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 calendar days from delivery. 6. Wholesale & Reseller Usage
Resellers purchasing in bulk are authorized to resell TapCred hardware to third-party clients. Resellers agree not to misrepresent TapCred or claim official partnership or endorsement with Google LLC.

Google™ and Google Maps™ are registered trademarks of Google LLC. TapCred products are independent hardware accessories designed for URL redirection to public Google Business Profiles. TapCred is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Google LLC.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TapCred, our directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, including review volume or business performance.
